Fira de la Sal (Ibiza Salt Fair)

The Fira de la Sal is a free annual cultural fair in Sant Jordi de ses Salines celebrating Ibiza's centuries-old salt-harvesting heritage in the Ses Salines Natural Park. The family-friendly programme includes live salt-extraction demonstrations, an artisan market, workshops, guided tours, tastings of traditional dishes such as 'ossos amb col', live music and Ball Pagès folk dancing.
