Ibiza's pioneering winery, founded by Joan Bonet in Sant Mateu d'Albarca with its first commercial vintage in 1990. Ten hectares of monastrell, syrah, tempranillo, merlot, malvasia and moscatel produce 20,000 to 25,000 litres a year, aged in equal parts American and French oak. Guided tours and tastings run by prior appointment.
