Restaurant, cocktail bar and live-music terrace on the ses Variades sunset strip in Sant Antoni, opened in 2022 by Pepe Rosello of Space Ibiza inside a 1950s seafront building. Mediterranean menu by chef Bruno Hernandez, signature cocktails made at the bar, and nightly sunset sessions with DJs and live acts. The wooden terrace sits directly on the rocks.
